At The SPLIT, we’ve reimagined what it means to train—and transform. We’re proud to be New Jersey’s first studio to unite cycling, treadmill, and strength modalities under one roof, offering two signature paths: Cycle + Strength and Tread + Strength. That means more choice, more variety, and more ways to grow—your way.

  • Every class is 60 minutes of powerful programming, expertly coached and intentionally designed. You’ll have your own bike, treadmill, and strength station waiting—no rushing, no sharing, no distractions. Just space to focus, feel, and rise.

  • We layer in Spivi™ heart rate and performance tracking to give you real-time insight into your effort and evolution. It's not about the numbers—it's about how they help you train smarter, stay motivated, and watch your strength unfold.

  • We don’t just play music—we move with it.

    Music is the soul of every session at The SPLIT. Our instructors craft playlists to match the energy of each phase of your workout—whether you’re pushing resistance on the bike, powering through intervals on the tread, or breathing through your final strength block. Every beat is intentional. Every track is felt.

    Because when rhythm meets resistance, your workout becomes something more than movement—it becomes momentum.

    Each 60-minute, instructor-led class splits your time between beat-driven cardio (Cycle or Tread) and targeted, strength-based training. This dynamic fusion elevates endurance, builds lean muscle, and rewires how you show up for yourself—in the studio and beyond.
